ORDERS

48 hours delivery for Spain, 3-5 days delivery for European Union, 7 days for Rest of the World.

Standard orders for the European Union, United Kingdom and USA are free and typically processed between 1-2 days and shipped using Correos or FEDEX. Expect to receive them in one week. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

International Orders: international orders outside the European Union, United Kingdom and USA typically take up to 14 business days and have a 2o€ delivery fee. CID BRAND is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments outside the European Union as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com.  Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS

We are aware that sometimes it’s not easy to buy online: different brands have different sizes and fitting, you never know exactly how the material will suit you, if the color will look the same on screen as in reality… So we want to reward our brave buyers and their faith in us by making the return process as unpainful, easy and transparent as possible.

If you ordered from Spain

All orders within Spain have free shipping and free returns through Correos. All orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unwashed, unworn and with original tags. You can either ask for an exchange or for a full refund by sending us an e-mail with your order number to [email protected].

Every order has an envelope (‘RETURN INSTRUCTIONS’) that contains these instructions, a new Correos delivery bag in which to put the pink box with the returned items and the return label sticker. The process can’t be easier and is free:

  1. Place the unwanted items in the pink laagam box.
  2. Place the pink laagam box in the Correos delivery bag (found inside the envelope).
  3. Bring the box inside the delivery bag to your closest Correos office. You can put the return sticker label outside the bag yourself or ask the Correos’ employees to do it for you.
  4. Expect to have your new exchanged item or your refund in around one week, once we receive the returned items.

If you ordered from the European Union and United Kingdom

All orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom have free shipping and free returns through FedEx. All orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unwashed, unworn and with original tags. You can either ask for an exchange or for a full refund by sending us an e-mail with your order number to [email protected].

    1. Your order number and what you want change/return.
    2. Where to collect the box.
    3. What day and at what time (two-hour time slot) you want us to collect the box.
    4. A delivery driver will collect your order at the place, day and time you told us!
  4. Expect to have your new exchanged item or your refund in around one week, once we receive the returned items.

If you ordered from the USA

We are doing our best to give the best service to our American pals. We currently offer free deliveries, but returns need to be handled by the client.

Meanwhile, we offer the same treatment as for customers in the aforementioned countries: you can ask for an exchange or a refund, just mail back the items by your own means and you will receive the new item/refund once we receive the returned order. Please write to [email protected] so we can help you with the process.

If you ordered from a country that is not in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the USA

Sadly, we currently can’t offer free shipping and free returns to the rest of the world. We are working hard to develop more logistic options that make ordering easier around the world.

Meanwhile, we offer the same treatment as for customers in the aforementioned countries: you can ask for an exchange or a refund, just mail back the items by your own means and you will receive the new item/refund once we receive the returned order. Please write to [email protected] so we can help you with the process.


TRY AT HOME

When ordering with our Try at Home method, you will be able to receive up to 4 items with no upfront payment (only 1€ processing fee), try them at home for 5 days since reception and return free of charge the items you do not want to keep.

Returning the items is super easy and free:

  1. Place the unwanted items in the pink laagam box.
  2. Place the pink laagam box in the Correos delivery bag (found inside the envelope).
  3. Bring the box inside the delivery bag to your closest Correos office. You can put the return sticker label outside the bag yourself or ask the Correos’ employees to do it for you.
  4. In case you want a change, expect to have your item in around one week once we receive the returned items.

In case the client decides not to keep the ordered items and after 6 days since reception we have no news the order is in the process to be returned,  the client will receive an email stating the Try at Home trial is over and that the order will be charged next day. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.

Try at Home is only available in the following countries: Spain.
