HOW PRODUCT DROPS WORKS?
We launch new products every Wednesday with very limited stock. Only if a product sells enough, we’ll then produce more of it in order to minimize waste and environmental impact.
As no material or energy is misused making our pieces, we can offer better prices for high luxury fashion.
DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
Yes. We produce limited units that are ready to ship. This option is only available if there’s stock. Only if a product sells enough, we’ll then produce more and you can join the waitlist to be notified when available again.
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT PRODUCTS?
Yes, but only for very limited products and for a reduced period of time. Since we produce everything in Spain, Italy and Portugal; our small ateliers have limited production capacity.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK IT?
You'll get a tracking link for your order as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Expect 48-72h once your order has been shipped.
HOW DO SIZE EXCHANGES WORK?
All orders may be returned for a size or article exchange within 30 days of reception only if they have not been washed or used and have their original labels.
Even if we just produce limited units, we always try to have extra units so you have the availability to make a size change once you receive your order.

HOW DO RETURNS & REFUNDS WORK?
All orders may be exchanged for another size, product or store credit within 30 days of reception if they have not been washed or used and they retain the original labels.
Monetary refunds are also available.
